With a background in urgent care and emergency medicine, I believe in educating my patients and providing guidance. Health is not "one-size-fits-all". I believe in taking the time to listen and focus on collaborating with individuals and their loved ones to make joint decisions as a team. I especially enjoy working with patients who want to pursue treatment methods that encourage natural healing and whole-body, integrative approaches.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time outdoors, yoga, traveling, and spending time with my family and sweet golden retriever.
