During these extraordinary times, there are extraordinary people among us doing the essential work to keep us all safe, healthy, and cared for. With federal, state, and local governments issuing stay home orders and asking Americans to do their part to stop the spread of COVID-19, they are also asking some among us to show up, every day, and do their important work to serve our communities.

As a way to support those who are providing essential services, One Medical is offering free access to our virtual care platform, and will conduct prioritized COVID-19 testing for those who need it. We’ve created a special email to quickly and efficiently set up any essential worker with concerns about COVID-19 with a One Medical membership. When they contact us at essentialworkers@onemedical.com, our team will walk them through getting enrolled for a complimentary 30 day membership.

After registering, essential workers can then use our virtual care services and book testing appointments via the One Medical app. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has defined categories of essential work during COVID-19.

If you are not currently a One Medical member and think you may need COVID-19 testing, speak with a member advisor by calling 1-888-ONE-MED1.
