Saya enjoys guiding patients on their journeys toward optimal health. She collaborates with patients, helps them establish clear goals, and supports them in making healthy lifestyle choices. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a mug of hot tea and a good book. She stays healthy by hiking and practicing yoga. Saya also volunteers as a fitness instructor for a local senior center and as a nutritionist with Cooking Matters, an organization that helps families shop and cook healthy meals on a budget. After attending Drexel University College of Medicine, she completed her residency at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
