As a Behavioral Health Specialist trained in Clinical Health Psychology, I work closely with your provider and care team to make sure we're helping you improve your overall health and quality of life. I enjoy helping patients cope with and improve complex medical conditions, as well as heal from the stressors that come in life. My visits tend to be 20-30 minutes in length and can be scheduled upon your request.
How I stay healthy and happy
In my free time, I enjoy walking, reading, and cooking with family and friends. To maintain my health and make sure I can enjoy each day to the fullest, I try to do something relaxing in the evening and get a good night of sleep.
