Erika strives to give each patient personalized attention and explain both the underlying cause of symptoms and goals of treatment in language they can understand. By doing so, she empowers and motivates people to follow a treatment plan and improve their health. She particularly likes discussing reproductive health, lifestyle modifications (such as exercise, diet, and meditation) for chronic disease, and stress management.
Erika keeps herself healthy by playing soccer and practicing yoga. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching sports, and seeing concerts and shows. She received her master's degree from Columbia University School of Nursing and is board-certified in family medicine. She's also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
