Tara uses an integrative and holistic approach to help people heal the root cause of symptoms, improve their quality of life, and manage disease through positive lifestyle changes. She believes mindset has a huge role in health and should always be addressed in order to achieve optimal wellness. She's particularly interested in nutrition, preventive health, mind/body connection, mindfulness, and meditation.
To keep herself healthy, Tara cooks with fresh, whole ingredients and does weight training and yoga. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, reading about health and psychology, being active, health and wellness coaching, hiking and camping, and traveling. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland.
