It's easy! Call your insurance provider before your first visit and request that a One Medical physician be designated as your primary care physician (PCP). Don't stress over whom to choose—once you have a One Medical provider on your insurance card, you can see any other One Medical provider within the HMO network you have selected. That includes the One Medical nurse practitioners and physician assistants who work with the One Medical doctors in your network—so there are lots of options for your care.
Visit the website of your HMO network to see a list of One Medical doctors that are considered "in-network."
As long as you have a One Medical doctor designated as your PCP through your insurance carrier, you can see any of our providers for appointments and virtual visits. If you'd like help choosing a preferred provider to be your main point of contact at One Medical, call 323-305-7606, and our Membership Advisor team will be happy to help.
