Originally from Iran, Mona Litvak moved to the US at age 13 and relocated from Houston to the Bay Area in 2001. She entered the primary care field because she enjoys building long-term bonds with her patients and she believes in comprehensive care. Mona joined One Medical Group because of its patient-centered philosophy and the flexibility of longer appointment times. She focuses on preventative medicine and established care, and she is also interested in geriatric care and general medicine. Mona makes a concerted effort to listen carefully to each patient and make sure her proposed care plans fit into each person’s individual lifestyle. To stay healthy, she enjoys running and biking, and when she’s not working, she loves to cook and take family road trips. She also volunteers with her daughters’ schools and at a family shelter. Mona earned both her Bachelor of Science degree and medical degree from the University of Kentucky, and completed her residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston and California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. She is fluent in Farsi/Persian and is ABIM-certified.
Note: sees patients age 18 and older.
