Our Financial District doctor's office on Clay Street is across the street from the Transamerica Building and next to Starbucks. The large green door opens up to stairs that lead to our office on the second floor. For patients needing assistance, there is an elevator located at 560 Commercial Street.

Primary Care, Prenatal Care
Stephanie is a proactive, open communicator who creates a supportive environment for her patients. She joined One Medical to focus her attention on treating patients with a holistic and evidence-based approach. She believes that a close patient-provider relationship is vital in developing a personalized strategy to achieve health goals. Stephanie is an avid traveler and reader and stays healthy by practicing yoga, running and cycling. She attended the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
With warmth and compassion, Natasha fosters strong patient relationships and seeks to empower her patients to make decisions toward greater health. She takes an integrative approach to care, balancing traditional modalities with complementary treatments, such as osteopathic manual treatment. Natasha completed her doctorate of osteopathic medicine at Touro University, an osteopathic internship at Chino Valley Medical Center, and her residency at Santa Rosa Family Medicine. She is board-certified in Family Medicine.
Kyoko practices evidence-based medicine with an emphasis on empowering and encouraging her patients to take active roles in their health care. With expertise in women's health, including prenatal care, reproductive health, and menstrual disorders, she manages a broad range of health concerns. After receiving a master’s in public health from Boston University, Kyoko earned her medical degree from Temple University and completed her residency at University of Pennsylvania. She then went on to complete an obstetric fellowship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center OB/GYN Residency in San Jose. Kyoko is board-certified in family medicine.
Bay Area native Lauren Bosin is excited to join One Medical Group and be part of a team that is “motivated to make the primary care experience better for everyone involved.” She believes education is key to empowering patients to take charge of their own health, and she makes it a priority to identify and explore each individual’s specific motivations and goals. Lauren places a strong emphasis on prevention and takes a collaborative, open-minded approach to patient care. In her spare time, she runs and skis to stay fit, and finds quality time with friends and family to be her favorite stress management tool. She also volunteers with the SPCA as a dog walker and puppy cuddler. Lauren graduated from Samuel Merritt University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Jerusalem Makonnen hails from Ethiopia and joined One Medical Group after being drawn to the group’s commitment to patient-centered care and its use of technology to reach individuals. A women’s health, adolescent health, and chronic illness specialist who prides herself on creating a supportive patient environment, Jerusalem graduated from the Yale School of Nursing and holds a Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the ANCC. Jerusalem worked as a primary care provider at La Clinica in Oakland for ten years and served as an Associate Clinical Professor at the UCSF School of Nursing. This running and yoga enthusiast loves to travel, and it shows—she speaks Spanish, Amharic, Mandarin, and French.
Beth combines depth of knowledge and a personable, approachable demeanor in her practice at One Medical Group. She emphasizes patient education and preventive medicine, aiming to make health care more accessible for patients and guide them through the process of making positive, personalized health choices. She has a particular interest in treating issues related to women's, adolescent and sexual health. After earning her master's in nursing from the University of San Diego, Beth gained extensive experience in primary care and women's health – working as a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner. She is fluent in Spanish and applied her bilingual skills for several years in a primary care role in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is certified in Family Medicine through the AANP.
Jesahel joins One Medical Group with a deep passion for collaborating with patients as well as providers in order to offer a holistic healthcare approach. She consults with primary care and complementary medicine providers to present patients a variety of treatment modalities, and believes it’s important to allow patients to participate in their treatment plans. She strives to provide a safe space for patients to voice their concerns and have those concerns addressed respectfully, concisely and appropriately. Jesahel came to One Medical in order to be part of a dynamic group that offers quality, evidence-based care to patients in a setting that is respectful of both client and provider needs. She believes One Medical is unique in its mission to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a manner that allows providers to have work-life balance. Outside of One Medical, Jesahel is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF through the School of Nursing, Department of Family Health Care Nursing, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program. She also volunteers as a faculty member at UCSF through the midwifery department and traveled to Guatemala with second-year midwifery students to mentor them in providing prenatal and post-partum care to indigenous women in the Guatemalan Highlands. Jesahel originally hails from Mexico City, and graduated from the UCSF Masters Entry Program in 2011 before settling in Berkeley with her husband. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Besides training for triathlons, quilting, sewing, and knitting, Jesahel loves taking her dog on long jaunts to the local dog park.
Adult Medicine and Women's Health
From the start of her career, Bernadette Donovan knew that One Medical Group was the place for her. The organization’s ongoing mission to fix the broken healthcare system while fostering provider collaboration and respect for patients spoke to Bernadette’s professional passions. From individualizing contraceptive choices to helping women enjoy their pregnancies, Bernadette is adept at understanding the intricacies of a women’s body through a deep knowledge of gynecologic, prenatal, and primary health care. The all-encompassing nature of primary care allows Bernadette to understand the body and mind on a profound level. Though her approach to care is very evidence-based, Bernadette believes in individualized care and an integrative, nonjudgmental style which helps her build strong partnerships with her patients. She completed her nursing and advanced practice training at Yale University, where she also served as a clinical instructor for several years. Before this, she spent time in Africa working with traditional healers and worked as a massage therapist in the Bay Area. Bernadette is certified by both the AANP and NCC.
Obstetrics and Gynecology
As a UCSF clinical instructor, Tami brings extensive expertise in obstetrics and gynecology to her One Medical patients. Open-minded and compassionate, she is adept at treating women’s health issues, providing guidance and thoughtful care for a wide-range of surgical needs. Tami completed her master’s in health and medical sciences at UC Berkeley and went on to receive her MD and completed her residency in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at UCSF. She is board-certified by the California Medical Board.
