After completing the fellowship from the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in 2012, I’ve been working with patients on lifestyle and environmental changes to achieve health and wellness. Although I see adults of all ages, most of my experience is with patients in their 30s to 50s.
How I stay healthy and happy
To unwind, I like to unplug and take time for myself, watching a movie, reading, or just going for a walk. Other times it means socializing with family and friends. Travel is also an important factor in my happiness.
