About Stephanie
Stephanie Harris gained a deep appreciation for primary care after working in critical care for three years. She says witnessing how a lack of prevention can lead to sometimes-devastating effects inspired her to switch gears and join One Medical Group. Stephanie values the longer appointment times she is able to devote to patients in order to build personal relationships and address each individual need and concern. She strives to build trusting, collaborative partnerships with her patients to address each person’s unique needs. “I believe patients who are able to partner with their primary care provider are able have the greatest success with their health goals,” she says. Stephanie enjoys treating a wide variety of health issues including thyroid disorders, hypertension, cardiac problems, anxiety/depression, and more. Additionally, she helps patients in areas of preventative medicine, nutrition, exercise, weight management, and smoking cessation. In her spare time, Stephanie swims, cooks healthy recipes, and practices hot yoga to stay healthy. She also loves to travel internationally and hopes to become more involved in medical missions. Stephanie attended The George Washington University Physician Assistant Program and is NCCPA-certified.
